2. STRICT NO REFUND POLICY

We do NOT offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

NOT to initiate chargebacks without first contacting us

That doing so is a violation of this agreement

If a chargeback is initiated:

Your access to all services will be immediately terminated

You may be permanently banned from future services

We will submit evidence to Stripe/bank including: IP address Payment confirmation Terms acceptance Service delivery proof Communication logs

We actively dispute all fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks.

9. FRAUD & ABUSE PROTECTION

We reserve the right to:

Refuse service

Cancel access

Take legal action

If we detect:

Fraudulent payments

Abuse of refund/chargeback systems

Misuse of services

10. THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT PROCESSORS

Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Stripe.

We are not responsible for:

Payment processor errors

Bank delays

Currency conversion issues

However, we will assist in resolving legitimate billing concerns.

11. LEGAL ENFORCEABILITY

This policy is legally binding and enforceable.
